LegiPlex’s Notification platform lets you determine precisely which updates to follow, how frequently to receive alerts, and the method of delivery. Whether you need instant notifications, hourly summaries, or daily digests, you have full control over how and when you’re notified.
Notification Types
Alerts can be configured to monitor a variety of activity for you including:
- Bill Filing – A bill you are tracking has a new draft or amendment filed, or a new bill is filed which matches your keyword or statute monitors
- Bill Event – a bill was placed on a calendar or part of post-meeting minutes
- Committee Meeting – a committee meeting is scheduled which matches one of your monitors – bill, member, committee, etc.
- Floor Meeting – a floor meeting is scheduled which matches one of your monitors – bill, member, etc.
- Vote – a vote is scheduled which matches one of your monitors – bill, member, etc.
Priority Alerts
Within each workspace you can set the Priority and Position for things you are Monitoring. That means you can flag certain bills as High Priority and just receive alerts about those, instead of every bill you are monitoring.
